- provide clients with clear written information about the services offered and guarantees of workmanship provided
- provide clients with clear written information on the price for the work to be undertaken and the methods of payment accepted
- provide clients with a clear indication of the date for works completion
- act in a courteous manner and respect clients privacy and property
- maintain skills and knowledge of building practices appropriate to the services offered
- be responsible for the actions of subcontractors, advisors and agents, taking all reasonable measures to ensure that work is only sub-contracted to those installers who meet our own high standards
- respond to any complaints or disputes promptly and in writing within a maximum of three working days
