All quotes, surveys and fitting work are undertaken by our accredited franchisee network so if you contact Head Office with a request for any of these services, we will pass your request to the relevant franchisee. If you make a claim under warranty that results in work needing to be undertaken, then your details will be passed to a franchisee to undertake this work, this may not be the same partner who originally undertook the work.

Personal information will be processed only for the purpose stated on collection and occasionally for other purposes, such as giving you updates relevant to your product or service. We will, however, cease communications, depending on whether you notify us as stated by the law. Information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data was collected. In the case of customers, contact information will be retained for the full duration of their product/s warranty.
